Sales Manager

We our seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Direct day to day staff management
  • Formulate and drive sales strategies
  • Ensure sales teams meet targets and other KPI’s
  • Assist procurement team to introduce new supply lines
  • Strategic review and advice to the Executive team
  • Proactively drive new business initiatives
  • Identify new business / revenue stream opportunities
  • Develop strategies to expand sales
  • Initiating contact with new customers and increasing business with existing customers
  • Attend events and trade shows
  • Deliver on customer service standards by ensuring all customers receive professional and helpful assistance

Experience in the RV Industry is preferable
