We are looking for a couple to run this small caravan park on a contract basis with a pty ltd. It is a small caravan park with @ 11 holiday cabins 15 permanent residents and 5 caravan spaces. We typically house workers or travellers more than holiday guests. The position comes with a large double story house to live in with electricity, Foxtel and water supplied with the job. We have a profit share scheme in place to incentivise high performance. You are pretty much the only workers and do it all. We can talk about relief staff and your requirements further down the track.

The duties include

Cleaning cabins and amenities block

Mowing, gardening and generally maintaining the place to a high standard.

Taking bookings, phone calls and banking

Handyman jobs that come up

Hiring and overseeing trades

General problem solving
