Carac’s Dandenong Caravan Accessories has been serving the caravanning community for over 50 years and run by our family for three generations.
From humble beginnings where caravan parts and accessories were an add-on to our automotive business, a boom in caravanning in the last three decades has seen this become the number one focus of our business. From our store in Dandenong South we can supply just about anything one might need for their next caravanning or camping adventure.
In 2017 we were thrilled to be awarded the Caravan Industry Association of Victoria (CIAV) Retailer of the year. This was a fitting recognition of our decades of hard work.

Range
We have an extensive range and knowledge of heaters and air-conditioners, awnings, matting, plumbing, 240 and 12V electrical, gas fittings, solar, battery systems, braking systems, weight distribution solutions, caravan security, caravan movers, fridges and ovens, camping furniture, kitchenware, maps and guides, trailers and trailer, caravan and boat spare parts to name a few. We pride ourselves on staying abreast of market trends and have a wide array of new product offerings.
Workshop
Also, our fully equipped and service safe accredited workshop offers professional caravan and trailer servicing, installations and repairs making us a one stop shop. Proudly in 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 and in association with the Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) we were awarded our Service Safe accreditation in recognition of our dedication to meet best practice in the industry. You will see the service safe key around our store giving you piece of mind that the work carried out by us is of the highest quality.
We work with many caravan manufacturers as their service repair agent, perform insurance work, we are an authorised installer of AL-KO ESC, test and tag accredited, welding certified and an authorised retailer/installer of BMPRO.
