We are looking for a keen and motivated person, to manage our busy service department. With key functions in administrative, technical, staff management and customer service tasks.

  • Undertake caravan assessments
  • Write quotes/estimates for damage repairs
  • Liaise with assessors and insurance companies.
  • Manage Bookings
  • Meet/greet customers and keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Prepare work orders.
  • Source and order parts
  • Oversee repairs.
  • Oversee and manage a small team of staff.
  • Have outstanding communication skills, teamwork focussed and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of caravans (construction) and repair methods.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, with excellent administrative/computer skills and organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity for those working in other industries with transferrable skills.
