We are looking for a keen and motivated person, to manage our busy service department. With key functions in administrative, technical, staff management and customer service tasks.
- Undertake caravan assessments
- Write quotes/estimates for damage repairs
- Liaise with assessors and insurance companies.
- Manage Bookings
- Meet/greet customers and keep them informed and satisfied.
- Prepare work orders.
- Source and order parts
- Oversee repairs.
- Oversee and manage a small team of staff.
- Have outstanding communication skills, teamwork focussed and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Knowledge of caravans (construction) and repair methods.
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, with excellent administrative/computer skills and organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity for those working in other industries with transferrable skills.
