The roles:

We are calling for first-class individuals, to ‘jump ship’ and join

team ‘Advantage’.

As a Senior Technician, you will be competent in ‘Caravan Servicing and Repairs’, or be proficient in your trade and able to adapt your trade skills to the repairs we undertake.

You will work closely with our Managers to plan and execute repairs to a high standard, within desirable timeframes.

In addition to undertaking repairs yourself, you will have opportunities to mentor less experienced staff and take on added responsibilities.

Your work will be varied and interesting, (each job is different), as our work cuts across many industries, (automotive, construction, electrical, plumbing, body repair, paint/panel, cabinetry, accessory installation).

Ideally, our roles will appeal to:

• Existing Senior Caravan Service & Repair Technicians 
• Caravan Service & Repair Technicians looking for opportunities for promotions as Senior Tech’s
• Experienced tradesmen, who’s skills are transferrable/trades seeking a change of industry

Skills & Experience required:

We are seeking highly motivated candidates, who possess a strong work ethic and have an eye for detail.  You will be efficient, take pride in your work, and be able to problem solve and work independently.  In addition to these attributes, you will be required to have experience in one of the following:

• Caravan Service & Repair
• Cabinetry/Timber
• Paint/Panel
• Electrical 240 & 12 volt
• Plumbing
• Construction
• Mechanical/Automotive
• Welding
• Aluminium Cladding
• Accessory installation
• Other relevant trade
